Do we do custom orders?

Yes! We can customize an order just for your needs and any special occasion! Just contact us with your request and we will be in contact with you to discuss your order.

Please note: Due to higher sales volume during the Christmas season, our window for custom orders closes from October through December. We reopen custom order requests in January. Thank you!

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

Your order is packed with the utmost care, but we know that accidents happen! If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of your broken product(s) and email it to us at contact@luminariumdesigns.com with the subject ‘Broken On Arrival’. We will do our best to work with you on a replacement.

What is our refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to request a refund or exchange (buyer pays shipping). No questions asked.

Do we have a physical store?

We are a family-run business with our workshop on the premises. For local pick-up orders, please contact David to arrange a time. (530) 217-3106
